- The entire amount will be refunded if you cancel the booking until 48 hours before the day of the tour;
- If the cancellation will be notified 24 hours before the day of the tour, a penalty of 50% will be applied;
- 100% of penalty without refund in case of “no show“ the day of the tour and less than 24 hours, also in case of a single cancellation about one member of the group.

The tours can be carried out in snowy conditions if there are the necessary safety measures.
In case of bad weather conditions, the guide could establish variations about the tour for safety reasons.
If the tour is cancelled because of bad weather, the amount will be refunded if paid in advance.

During the high season period small groups could be formed, it’s possible to request a private tour during the booking phase depending on your needs .
We usually make the tour for one single person providing that he pays the price for 2 people.
We cannot guarantee availability about last minute bookings.
Jeep 4×4 is not necessary for this types of tours because the roads are accessible by cars, bus, suv, minivan, bikes, , etc.
Anyway, the organization usually works with Suv , cars, minivan and jeep as necessary.
We recommend you to wear long trousers, closed toe shoes and bring a windproof jacket, the weather can be variable depending on the seasons and days.
NO, prices don’t include entrance tickets for museums, theaters, cableway, parkings, meals and must be paid by customer.
Only free tasting is included at the end of each tour and the meal at winery about “Etna Wine Tour”.
Yes, there is a surcharge to pay only outside of Catania, Taormina and surroundings areas € 50,00, Siracusa and surroundings areas € 65,00
